The complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day were delightful.
Unfortunately, the entry/exit door to the hallway was broken, which made it challenging for us to access our room easily. Additionally, while the breakfast was diverse, some items ran out quickly and weren't refilled in a timely manner. Lastly, the HVAC system was particularly noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The King Studio was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals during our stay. I really appreciated the variety offered at breakfast. it was plentiful and had nice options, although it could benefit from more gluten-free selections. Our room was inviting, and overall, it felt comfortable enough for a short family getaway. However, I did encounter some issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room as scheduled, which was a bit inconvenient.

Family Friendly Comfort
The indoor pool was a highlight for us though I wish it was warmer. The highlight was watching my daughter make her own waffles every morning!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Aug 14multi-room suitesinviting lobbyrecreational facilitiescleaning issues
Spacious multi-room suites make it easy for families or groups to spread out. Facilities like the basketball court and putting green add a fun touch for recreational activities. The lobby area offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Housekeeping schedules can be a bit chaotic—despite a 'do not disturb' sign on the door, rooms might not get cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast quality leaves something to be desired, often slow to refill and lacking substantial protein options. The HVAC system had notable noise issues, which can disrupt sleep, and some rooms had unpleasant odors, making it less than ideal for a restful stay.

The King Studio was perfect for our family, featuring a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, enhancing our experience. Breakfast was impressive, with a great selection, though gluten-free options would be a nice addition. The sofa bed was quite worn and could use an upgrade, and although the staff was responsive, some areas, like the seating, need attention to maintain the quality. Despite these minor issues, the stay was very enjoyable.

My stay at Residence Inn was very pleasant. The room was well equipped with a complete kitchen that made it convenient for preparing meals during my business trip. The breakfasts included freshly made waffles and a variety of healthy options, which contributed to a good start to my day. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, especially Martina, who went above and beyond to assist with local inquiries. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was quiet, allowing for restful nights.
The only issue was the worn-out furniture in common areas.
