Everything was brand-new, personnel was nice and courteous. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were a market and a grocery store nearby. Our room was huge and fairly quiet, offered with microwave, sofa bed and refrigerator. A fridge, a washing machine and glassware worked well.

The location of the Residence Inn Boston Marlborough was perfect for me, close to a shopping mall and in a peaceful area of the neighborhood. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near the New England Sports Center, Boston, Cape Cod, Six Flags.

We had a great stay in the Boston suburbs! The hotel was located down the street from a decent sized shopping mall in a quiet portion of the neighborhood. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a well-supplied kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing us with an extra pillow and late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which the kids loved. a wonderful hotel for our weekend getaway.

The wifi reception was a bit spotty at times.
